Throughout life we have all developed behaviours and ways of thinking to help us manage with situations we may be facing.

Over time these may develop into habits- even when we’re no longer faced with the situation from which they came about.

These habits- which we are often unaware of- can be unproductive and cause a whole range of issues such as: stress, loss of motivation, or cause us to act in ways that lead to negative outcomes.

What we aim to do is find the cause of these habits, and work with you to unravel the process, and support you to create more productive behaviours and ways of thinking and therefore feeling.
