I have over 25 years experience as a qualified Counsellor, Mediator and Gestalt therapist. I am passionate about achieving wellbeing, using simple, natural and practical methods.
Focusing on how to look after yourself taking simple steps to resolve health issues, overcome stress and emotional hurdles.
My aim is to provide personalised, comprehensive, holistic care and support which is collaborative, practical and intuitive. I work at your pace, to reach your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual goals.
